Subramaniam Elected as ISCRE President

Bala Subramaniam, Dan F. Servey Distinguished Professor of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering, has been elected president of the Board of the International Symposia for Chemical Reaction Engineering (ISCRE). The organization's primary mission is to advance the chemical reaction engineering discipline through its biennal research symposia, fostering industry, academic and government partnerships, and research achievement awards.

He will serve as president-elect from 2008 to 2011 and then begin a 3-year term as president.
